BY MAIL
- Send
check or money order made out to Mount'n Memories along with a note or print-out
from the online store telling us what you want to buy. Mail to: Mount'n
Memories, 7915 Oxford Road, Niwot, CO 80503
BUY ONLINE
- Select
the title you want to buy from the left hand frame or click on the New Releases album
cover in the right hand frame
- Select
the ADD ITEM button at the top of the right hand frame. This
takes you to the Mount'n Memories - Shopping
Cart page and displays your shopping cart contents.
You can clear all selections from your cart or remove a single item from your
cart from this page. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you have selected all the
items you want to buy.
- When
you are ready to check out, select CHECK OUT at the bottom
of the Mount'n Memories Shopping Cart page.
- Once
you see the Mount'n Memories - Check Out
you are in our encrypted, secure server. Enter your name, email, phone, and
shipping/billing address information here and then select PLACE YOUR
ORDER at the bottom of the page.
- The
Mount'n Memories - Order Sheet
page summarizes the total charges and your delivery infomation. Select your
payment type and enter in credit card information if you are paying this way.
Select FINALIZE ORDER at the bottom of this page to complete
your purchase.
- The
Mount'n Memories - Thank you for shopping with
us! page is displayed. Save this page or write down the Order
Number and Password information for future reference.
If you select Click for Online Order Status Check you will
see the Mount'n Memories - Online Order Status
Check page. If you are paying by check, money order or FAX,
print this page and send it with your payment.
ORDER STATUS
When your order is placed online, you will
receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email when the order
is shipped. These emails contain a "status" field. If the order has
been received the status will be "On Order". Once the order has been
processed the status will be "Ready For Shipping". When the order
has been shipped the status will be "Shipped". You can check this
status anytime by clicking on the link in your confirmation email or by opening
your browser and going to the following URL: https://www.mountnmemories.com/Shopping_Cart/view_status.asp.
You must have your order number and password available to check status.
