ORDER STATUS

When your order is placed online, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email when the order is shipped. These emails contain a "status" field. If the order has been received the status will be "On Order". Once the order has been processed the status will be "Ready For Shipping". When the order has been shipped the status will be "Shipped". You can check this status anytime by clicking on the link in your confirmation email or by opening your browser and going to the following URL: https://www.mountnmemories.com/Shopping_Cart/view_status.asp. You must have your order number and password available to check status.

WARRANTIES/RETURNS

Mount'n Memories ensures delivery of product to the shipping address provided to us on email, FAX, phone, or mail orders. Mount'n Memories warrants that our products will be received in undamaged condition. If any of our products are received in damaged condition, we will replace or repair it free of charge. Our warranty covers damaged product and shipping problems only. We cannot accept returns or reimburse costs based on subjective assessment of product content or quality.
